8 Weeks to Shine: Daily Habits for a Happy Life in 2025 and Beyond
This is an 8-week guided challenge designed to help you create simple habits that support a happy, healthy life. Starting July 1, you will begin implementing daily habits and track for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days, you reset new habits for the next 30 days. You can build consistency, grow in confidence, and create lasting change without overwhelm.
Each week, you are guided in a live group coaching call and we focus on one fundamental habit. You will have a hands-on experience of daily tracking in your Shine On Bullet Journal, and receive mid-week support as needed. As summer happens, you can have a life-line of support via texting/voice messaging app.
Whether you’re craving more peace, energy, or purpose, this challenge will help you practice the habits that truly make life better.
